The Round Table Brotherhood isn’t your average men’s group—it’s a one-year trek of grit, growth, and brotherhood. Designed to sharpen us mentally, spiritually, and physically, this closed group of 12 men is tackling a challenge that demands commitment, discipline, and courage.
Each brother is pushed to the edge with:
-
Daily Scripture – feeding the soul, even if it’s just one paragraph at a time.
-
Monthly Books – classics and modern works that fuel the mind and spirit (Lewis, Eldredge, Allen, Homer, and more).
-
Workouts – 3 per week minimum, forging discipline through sweat and strength.
The journey is point-based—a system built on accountability, drive, and progress. Weekly goals: 100 points (80 is the minimum standard).
And while much of the work is personal, the Brotherhood rallies together three times a month:
-
Empire Gym Workout – group workout in partnership with Empire Gym of Rincon
-
Five Acres Workout – an outdoor grind on the RCOG campus with full equipment and personal trainer in partnership with Empire Gym of Rincon
-
The Fireside – a once-a-month evening gathering to reflect, sharpen, and prepare for the battles ahead
This is not a casual group. Every man has a seat at the table, but not every man can stay. The Brotherhood requires sacrifice, consistency, and resilience.
Right now, we are in the Beta Test Phase with our first squad of 12 men. Our prayer and plan is to launch a second squad in the Spring, opening the door for more men who are ready to rise to the challenge.
If you’re hungry for brotherhood, discipline, and the chance to become a better man—watch this space. The next Round Table could be calling your name.
